The video deals with the biological effects of natural and artificial light frequencies, and other electromagnetic frequencies. The aphids appear to dance in a manner synchronized to the passage of a radar beam of 14 miles distance, as determined by Dr. Ott. There are a few other “Dancing Aphid” videos on YouTube which show a similar phenomenon, but none appear aware of this possible explanation.
