1 μW/cm² = 10,000 μW/m²=10mW/m²

so 25,000 μW/m² = 25 mW/m², which is a HUGE reading.  So that would be 50,000 times higher than a typical background of 0.0005 mW/m²away from cell towers. The target ceiling for sensitive populations (children, pregnant mothers, infants, elderly, EHS) should be 0.003 mW/m² or less, (per Bioinitiative 2012). This is one order of magnitude away from that of two large cell towers, collocated. Disastrous is indeed the word for this 5G plan. No wonder the FCC and industry avoided safety testing.
